ForKids seeks to invest $11M+ in South Norfolk

ForKids, the state’s largest service provider, hopes to build an $11M+ headquarters on the old library property at 1100 Poindexter St. in South Norfolk by 2019. The organization employs about 100 professionals who reportedly earn an average about $43k annually. For the full plan, please read the group’s proposal below.
