To mark the 15th anniversary of the attacks on Sept. 11, the City of Chesapeake is urging all faith-based communities throughout Hampton Roads to participate in the bell tolling of church bells, carillons, and handbells.
So gather your bells and head outside at 8:46 a.m., and let freedom ring!
